Welcome to the Indigenous Collections and Knowledge Archives Research Network.

The network will link, combine or integrate dispersed resources (eg. research databases, archives) and create communication across disciplinary boundaries and between researchers and user groups, maximising the potential of research.

The initial focus will be on indigenous Australian material, but we intend to widen the scope to encompass the Australia-Pacific region. We will involve people with expertise to address broader cultural and legal issues, (e.g. intellectual property rights).
